We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary.

SHIPPING: USA LOWER 48 STATES

It will take approx. 2-4 business days to ship your gear as every wheel is built to order in house. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship domestic orders Monday-Friday. To qualify for free shipping your order must be shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states. All orders will be shipped with an indirect signature requirement for fraud protection reasons. Orders that are refused by recipient, returned to us due to insufficient address, multiple failed delivery attempts or any other undeliverable reason, will be refunded less shipping charges incurred (both ways).

IMPORTANT: For any delivery issues such as non-receipt or damage please contact us immediately as it is necessary to involve the shipping company as soon as possible. This will help us better serve you as we strive to provide the best customer experience in each situation.

Attention international customers, please make sure to read the following info before placing an order.

Customs - Taxes - Duties - Gifts: Import duties, taxes and Customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery. Please check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We can't mark an item as gift.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is refused or returned to sender for a bad address entered or refusal to pay customs, taxes, duties we'll refund the price of the item less shipping charges (both ways).

PAYMENT: For international orders we can only accept PayPal and Amazon Payments. We can only ship to the address associated with the PayPal or Amazon account used to make the purchase. Orders placed with a credit card will be cancelled and refunded.

International orders are shipped via FedEx within 2-4 business days of receiving a cleared payment.

Please don't omit phone number or first name in checkout as it's needed for customs.

International Returns/Exchanges: Due to the high cost of shipping items back and forth the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (US and Canada only), Paypal, credit cards through Paypal and Amazon Payments. For international orders we can only accept Amazon payments or PayPal payments and we can only ship to the address associated with the account used to make the purchase. Please Note: We only accept credit card orders for cards issued within the US and Canada and shipping within US and Canada. If you need to have an order shipped to an address other than the billing address on file with the card issuing bank please contact us prior to placing the order. Failure to do so can delay order processing.
